Camshafts

I'm looking for input from anyone who has driven a 1275 Spridget with a
Kent 276 Camshaft.

What was the low end power like?
Was there a minimum rpm at which you could not use full throttle without
the car stumbling?
Any other comments regarding the cam would be appreciated.
