Bon Appetite (magazine) Sprite?

I was told and since shown a picture of a red Bugeye Sprite in the
magazine "Bon Appetite." 
It is a photo showing the rear deck including the Sprite arrow and the
dash board. The car has an aftermarket steering wheel.
There is a picnic basket in the passenger(right) seat.
Great shot! Does this Sprite belong to anyone on the list?
I do not have the mag, Some one just showed me the car.
