When I tore down my 1275 (bought to rebuild - had never used it), Frank had said I'd find the dipstick guide-tube remains in the pan, which I did. As I'm about to wrap this thing up, I"m wondering if there is anything anyone's tried better than the stock type tube? It looks like if it's not done right the dipstick could touch the crank. TIA |
