1500 Midget questions

Hi Everybody  !!  ,  Just a couple of questions;

1) I'll be adding the Weber Downdraft to the 1500 next week and
have to start ordering some additional parts.  The PO had added
an elec fuel pump back at the tank.  The orig mechanical pump
is still on the motor, disconnected.  Which one is better to be used
with the Weber ???

2) I am ordering an oil cooler for the 1500 (which is a definite
 according to the list).  I notice 8,10 and 13 row oil coolers.  Is 8 or
10 enough
or should I spend the extra money and go for the 13 row ???
