One fairly easy, convenient solution is to go to a dedicated supplier such as
Andover <http://www.andoauto.com/hardware.htm>, who supplies "Mounting Bolt
Kits" and "Reinforcement Plates" for this purpose, as well as a variety of
belts. NFI, but I've purchased and liked their products!
