Warning:  If you assemble clean stainless steel nuts and bolts and they get red 
hot
(like exhaust headers do), they will essentially weld themselves together, and 
you will wreck
them trying to unscrew them.  Use lots of anti-seize compound on all the 
hardware and the joints!
