Frozen Nuts

 Good Morning all,
                  I have a leak under the drivers side windscreen wiper
arm, and the nut is frozen, it seems to be an odd size is there a
special wrench for it, does anyone have any tips for freeing it up so i
can replace the gasket , and save my trousers from getting wet .
