Well, I like to play with needles, so I swap them around freely,
experimenting with the results.  If I were doing what you're doing, I'd
try starting out with something of a similar application, study the
results, and refine my needle selection based on that.  I've done the
very lean needle bit, with lousy running results.  Wouldn't recommend
that approach.
