WTD: Victoria, BC shop recommendation

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good shop to do an engine rebuild in the Victoria
area?  I am looking for someone who is familiar with the 1500 engine.  I
have heard negative remarks about Bristol Motors.  All British Motors in
Vancouver is supposed to be excellent, but I'd rather not take it over there
if I don't have to.
