Some but certainly not all.  The Mk3 engines had smaller journals and therefore 
anything associated with the crank and rods are going to be
different.  Things like the head electrical components and so forth re 
interchangeable.  It's best to consult a parts manual (Like Rimmer, VB or
elsewhere) to get the full story.
