Originally this message was only going to go
to you (Jeff) but since you've seen fit to cry in public,
and you comments and criticisms went out in public,
everyone deserves to know that your attitude and
comments are misguided.
You just may have well uploaded to your site,
the original single document but that was apparently
the end of your contact with Mr. Douglas. He apparently
wasn't happy with leaving it at that. I had no previous
knowledge of this material being available anywhere
on the net when Calum contacted my to publish it for him.
The reformatting of this material was done with Calum's
specific review and blessings before it was ever
posted to the site.
After his initial reviews of my edits, his final comments
were included BEFORE it was ever published and it's
availability announced.
The format was chosen and agreed upon because he didn't
want it easily copied. He'll probably be contacting you to
remove the single large document, as he plans do include
extensive additions and printed publication.
As for the format, it's obvious you didn't read the first
page.
...taken right off the front page.....
The Layout of this guide, has been 'Teglerized'. The
original
150K text only html file, has been broken up into multiple
pages
to speed up browser loading. The printed layout of the
document
was re-formatted for presentation here, and a few java
scripts
added as navigational aides. The information contained
herein is
100% Calum's. Teglerizer takes no responsibility or
liability for the
contents, we are strictly by request, the presentation
medium.
