Check for a torn diaphram in the carb.  As far as the
emissions stuff goes, there was a thread a couple weeks
back about an EGR valve acting up and causing the car to
run badly, I believe it was Fred Thomas's.  However I
have an EGR valve that is just a solid block of rust
and my car runs fine...
