Parts manufacturers

I've just received some parts from one of the major suppliers.  Before I
send off an ugly e-mail to same, does anyone know of the following
manufacturers:
Ordered Hardy Spicer universal joints -- received CHB (which doesn't even
show the country of origin)
Ordered Girling wheel cylinders -- received Brake Engineering (made in
Italy)
