I am putting my seat belts in asap.  Thankfully you were "only" injured.
Sounds like you could use a 'spare parts and a good body man' for yourself.
Take care and heal quickly.  For the rest of us...like we say in hockey,
"Keep your head on a swivel" and "Look for the 'train'."
