You get another "Amen", Fred. My engine is over at a machine shop right now
getting what's left of the lower studs drilled out and helicoiled. At least
you may have some hope of re-fitting studs into the rusty holes.
The only good part of our story is it that by pulling the engine we found oil
deposits on the frame rails large enough to assure this country's
independence from the Middle East forever! ;-)
