I highly recommend PPG Acryli-Clean, or other paint prep wax and grease
remover. It dissolves tar as well as other foreign material that can cause a
respray to fisheye. So it will also dissolve undercoating.
I used it to thin the undercoating I applied to Huxley so I could apply it with
a brush. Works great.
And the best part is, "It's Safe!"
