Greetings all,
I'm looking into getting classic car insurance from "Grundy Worldwide"
insurance co. and was curious if anyone on the list has ever filed a
claim  or had any good/bad experiences with them. This is an agreed value
policy where the value of the car is predetermined and is the amount
paid in the case of a "total" loss. That, at least, is what the brochure
says!!! I would love to get the real story from those with experience
with this company. Also, they say that there is no mileage restriction
as long as it's not used for general transportation. Personally, I've
never even met a general, so that shouldn't be a problem. I contacted
Haggerty Ins. after seeing the thread on this subject recently, but they
don't do business in Massachusetts....apparently they haven't filled the
political pockets enough yet to work here. Having had experience with
insurance companies in the past, I try to go into these situations with
all the info I can get.
Thanks, as always, for the help,
Kevin Thompson

P.S.  is it just me, or does gas seem a little more expensive than last
year.........sorry, the urge was tearing me apart. but then it could
just be gas  :~o
