The message to which I am responding points to a particular concern that
I have about keeping all the stuff on the internet. Some people still
are not (and have no immediate intention of being) on the internet. We
certainly do not want to exclude these people.
So If we want to have a primary web site for news items, we ought to
offer people the opportunity to pay a small fee to have a newsletter
sent to them each month. You could separate the cost of the newsletter
and still maintain a "Zero Dues" posture.
