Small Detail - gearshift gaiter

My Mk IV is missing these bits, and before I bought John Thomason's book (Guide 
to Originality), I finished my shift gaiter off with a sparkplug boot.
        Its black rubber, not nice chrome, but when rolled down over the top of 
the 
gaiter, looks more finished than the elastic band I had there!
