is one or more of of the following:
Little bad car
Little Broken Car
lousy British Crap
Loud but cheap
Lucas Bearing Crap
Lovable but catastrophic
Lacking but cozy
Leaky but comfortable
(If you are from Arkansas) Lets Boogie, Cousin!
But most probably it means Little British Car!
