California Smog fee for new residents

This was just on the news-

The $300 Smog fee that new residents have been required to pay has been
decided to be unconstitutional and they're doing a way with it! Furthermore,
there's a website and a push to get the state to refund these fees
"wrongfully collected" for the last 10 years!

Those of you who are moving here-or have moved here in the last 10
years-it's soething worth looking into!
