The time it takes to get the case to court (if it ever gets there)
allows the memory to fade. Yours won't because that is the only ticket
you got . His on the other hand will because it gets mixed up with
countless others he wrote that day and those that follow. Plus, if he
wrote down 4 mph over, it means 4 mpg over. We all know that cops don't
lie, right?
