I'd think almost anywhere. I have a "generic" pop rivet gun that I bought 
hundreds of years ago; it's all I've ever needed for those rivets.

I've had pretty good luck with a household product called "Soft Scrub" 
and a damp scrub brush, followed by Armor-All or (your favorite product 
of that type) to give back the "shine" and protect it.
