1) You can't go wrong with a shiney coat of black in my opinion.
2) I've mentioned it on this list before, but was told by someone that my reason
is extremely unlikely. However, I still believe that 'our' cars lean due to the
small rubber square that goes between the spring and the spring clamp that bolts
to the diff goes soggy with age and deforms. I replaced mine recently during my
suspension rebuild and the car now sits better BUT I haven't got the body tub
back on yet let alone driven the car. Time will tell. I don't think jumping in
with new springs etc is the best answer (it's certainly not as cheap as the $3
rubber pad!)

Subject: 2 Questions...
I have a couple of questions that may have been answered earlier...
One: If you are going to repaint your block, what color should you paint
it. What would look best? I sand-blasted my valve cover and painted it
high heat Chevy orange. It looks very smooth BUT the block is a nasty
black.
Second: Will installing a new rear leaf spring (or re-arching the old
one) get rid of the rear driver's side SAG???? My car has the Corvette
Gabriel air shock conversion now, but the sag is still there.
Thanks in advance!
