POR-15 or RustBullet?

Hello shop-talkers!

Anyone out there have experience with the above two products _or_ have a 
recommendation for another similar product?  I have a gate at the front of the 
property that needs to be painted.  Need something to treat/encapsulate the 
surface rust as well as provide a good barrier coat.  

I will be painting over whatever material I use with a white paint.  Will also 
be spraying, not brushing.
