My choices in air compressors at my new home are limited by the fact that we
have 208v 1-phase power. Had I known ahead of time that this would limit my
choices, I would have run 3-phase to the location, tough to do now. I have
found some good compressors that run on 208, such as IMC and Northstar, but
I was wondering if anyone has run the Ingersoll-Rands that are made for 230v
on 208v. I am looking at the 60-80 gallon, 2 stage, 5-7 hp compressors.
