I have to admit, I've never had a problem returning a craftsman product. I
even found one of the "Robo-Grip" wrenches on the side of the road. it was
rusted pretty bad. They gave me a new one, no questions asked.
I use the Sears in Phillipsburg, NJ and Princeton, NJ.
I'll go as far as saying that if you have a broken craftsman tool, send it
to me and I'll get it replaced for you.
