That's the theory, at least, but I shop at a Sears Hardware and
they're the ones who don't seem to care that I have it. A few times,
when I bought some tools, I presented it and they told me that it
didn't apply.
I agree that since it's free, any discount you get is a good one, but
I started off with the idea that there would be a discount on tools,
all the time, and haven't seen one yet.
Is the store not doing things right here?
