Sorry, I guess my email came through blank.
I really appreciate all of the
feeback that I received.B Now that my head has
stopped spinning (I think??),
I will head back to the drawing boards.B Classes
at the local community
college is a great idea and I never thought about
that----I will definetly be
looking into it.
One of the good brand names (miller, licoln, etc.)B is what
I would like to end
up getting but was looking for something inexpensive and
basic just to get an
idea of how things work before dropping a lot of
money.B Have been searching
craigslist but come up ended handed so far.
Once again, I really appreciated everyone's thoughts and feedback.

Subject: [old-chevy-truck] MIG Welder Opinion
B
Fellow ole truckers:
Looking for a little guidance.B I want to begin to
learn how to weld so I need
to get a basic MIG welder.B Attached isB a link
from Northern Tool (part #B 164611
in case the link doesn't work).B Please
let me have your thoughts on it.B Would
like to keep the budget around
$350.B Just need something basic (as I have no
welding experience)B to start
out with and if I get into it then I can step up to
a better nameB like
Millermatic or something.
