[oletrucks] speed limit

I took my dad, who is 67 now, for a ride in my '57 3100 last year aroud
Christmas.  We were cruising down the freeway at about 60, which was about all
the 235 would do comfortably, and he was telling me these things would do 95
when new.  I've had mine up to about 75 with 30 year old bias recaps and the
235, but the engine was screaming.
