Actually setting up the clutch was fairly easy for me. All I did was
use the stock 235 clutch with a 1984 Camero 14 spline clutch disc. Once
you have a stock clutch that fits your stock flywheel then all you need
is a clutch disc that has 14 spline instead of the stock 10 spline.
(You can just use the S10 14 spline clutch disc but it is a lot smaller
in diameter.) The tricky part is getting the length of the throwout
bearing collar on the T5 to match the old stock transmission. I cut
about 1 inch off of mine then I used the stock 235 throwout bearing.
After a lot of trial and error I found that it is best to match the old
transmission on the length of the collar and the pilot bearing.
I will send you more info off list.

I've thought about the T5, but it sounds like getting the clutch right is a
challenge. Tom, how big a deal was that on yours?
