I got it out, and just came back from getting a new one. I hope I didn't
mess up the housing or the shaft getting it out. Gotta go now and see if I
can get the new one in.

350 turbo does not have a clip,
not takes off lever from outside , small seal on shaft, not o-ring,
can be removed with a awl,
replaced with a socket over shaft.
