tire clearance clarification

Greetings...                                                                    
        Just to clarify my conundrum: my clearance problem is at the top of 
the pillars.  I expect rubbing blocks to rub as that is what they are 
intended to occasionally do at full lock.  It looks to me like 165's will rub 
on the pillars at the top spring mount.
