Well, the weekend went way too fast. Too many cars to see in too little
time. The Historics were fun. The Concourso Italiano was excellent with
many marques represented and separate corrals of "Non-Italian" cars as well.
The RM auction was very interesting with beautifully prepared cars that
seemed to bring strong money. Someone bought the "Titanic" for a measly
$18K...(you had to be there). Pebble Beach was incredible. Those cars are
from another world with outstanding presentation. It was almost too crowded
to really get a good look at these works of art.
The only problem was there was a lot to do and see. I wish that we'd have
been able to meet other Moggies as it seemed that there were not many
represented. Not one was offered for sale that I saw.
Anyone else able to make it out for the big weekend?
