Hi:
The two-tone green (Racing # 323) is campaigned by Dow Smith (living
currently near Albany, NY), with the help of Dave Irwing of Lime Rock
Motors.
My understanding is that Dow has been racing this +4 for quite a few
years, mostly up and down the East Coast.
