David,
I have installed lap/shoulder belts on my '61 4 seater, and do not
find them overly confining. Morgan Spares has seat belts and could
probably advise you. Other sources are Andover Automotive, P.O. Box 3143,
Laurel MD 20709 phone 410-381-6700, Melvyn Rutter, or the local "auto
salvage yard".
