I think it would be easier to work on it out of the car. There are 2
ways of pulling the xmission.
1. Pull the interior (which I think you've already done. Pull the 4
bolts that hold the xmission to the bell housing and the rear
xmission mount. Then you can lift it up through the cockpit.
2. Pull the eng. either with or without the xmission attached. I
find it easier to pull them seperately. However, I've pulled it
with them attached before. You'll need to pull the hood, nose,
and I suggest pulling the radiator.
