I have used bead blasting too on a pair of Stromberg's. Looked great. I was warned that the passage ways may get contaminated, but that did not happen. I first tried to hand polish but after many hours on only one, I figured there must be a better way. The bead blasting was not 'shinny', but the results were much much better than what I started with. After I installed them, I prefered the nice sheen to the polished look. Dennis Morrison 60 +4 |
