Does anyone have any insight to whether or not it is legal to change the final
drive gear ratios between events? The only thing that I have found in the
rules is that modifications after safety inspection are prohibited. The way we
plan to change gear ratios does not require anything to be added to or removed
from the vehicle. It is almost like shifting gears with a transmission.
