On an MGB:Â A Gunson's Eezibleed would confirm that fluid is flowing
freely through the system, or perhaps a Mityvac. Make sure the pedal
comes fully back - disconnecting the pedal clevis if necessary, or fluid
can't get down from the reservoir to the cylinder and the rest of the
hydraulics.
Try wedging the pedal fully down overnight (bleed nipple closed) then
release it next morning as you would with your foot i.e. not with a bang
just knocking the prop away. Hopefully you will hear gurgling as air is
pushed back from the pipe into the reservoir. May have to do that a
couple of times.
