Picked it up today =E2=80=93 when you start it in gear, it starts =
moving. Accelerate and it goes, and if you put in the clutch, it takes =
most of the pressure off but it still creeps.

Agree, it would be like the clutch was fully engaged. Most likely =
hydraulics as said, or possibly pilot bearing or friction plate binding.
