I believe that pedal spacing and accelerator pedal height has much to do
with it. I sometimes push on my accelerator on my A4 when I am
braking. I tend to use the edge of the brake pedal and my foot can also
hit the accelerator. On the plus side, heel/toeing is real easy on the
Audi, unlike on the MGs.
