[Mgs] inspection sticker

We have a 1952 MGTD; it has a 1977 inspection sticker which includes: Serial 
or Vehicle Identification number: 19958-94160.  does that make any sense to 
anyone?  we can't figure out where that comes from, unless maybe it was for 
another car and "accidentally" put on this one.
