Dan That does look like a Walboro pump. There is a company in Texas that makes rebuild kits for these. Very cheap and very easy to do. I don't remember the site but I found them by a Google search. I agree it sounds like no fuel in pump. Mine sounded the same, and was a ruptured diaphram. took 5 min. to replace.
