In Ireland last week, the going rate was about Euro 1.15 per liter, or about
$US 5.45 per gallon. The US is still better off than most on gas prices.

Now if ONE United States GALLON is equal to 3.785 liters then the
price is $AU5.29 per gallon or converted by the exchange rate,
$US3.92 per gallon.
