Rubber Bumpers

Happy Holidays to all Listers,

I have a '79 RBB and have stains and dull looking areas on my bumpers. I have
tried all kinds of different cleaners, waxes, etc. and just can't get them to
look good. Has anyone had any experience painting these? What do I need to
look out for and what sheen (flat, satin, gloss) paint of course with a flex
additive should I get. Any help would be appreciated.
