Midget 1500 No-Start... Solved

Thanks for all the help.  Especially Paul Hunt for a detailed 
trouble-shooting process.

As it turned out, the "OPUS" Electronic ignition failed.  I replaced it 
with a Pertronix system and after a little tweeking, she fired right 
up.  In the mean time I torched the started and had to rebuild it too!  
Now,  I'm back up and running and ready to make 2,000 mile endurance 
run.  Wish me luck!
