MGB Over Drive Removal Help

Hello All.  Does anyone know a simple way to remove the OD Tranny rubber 
mounts.  There are four 5/16 short bolts that hold the cross member to the 
tranny. 
Two can be remove with a suable socket. But the other two are a bear to 
remove.  And ever hard to reinstall.  I have install many tranny. But these 
over 
drives suck and take me a lot of time. To install two of the bolts.  Any tricks
