Marking TDC

Hi

I just finished finding TDC on my 68B block, using a plastic degree gauge.

Once I found TDC I used a bit of piano wire bolted to the back plate and
pointing to a mark on the Flywheel.

Anybody got any better ideas of permanently marking TDC. All it will take is
one bump and the piano wire will shift and I have to start all over again.
