I'm pretty sure that isn't actually correct. Both sides of a transaction
designed to rob an intellectual-property-owner of the just proceeds of
his or her labour is an illegal one.
We were discussing the use of a registered trade-name for the purpose of
parody, lampoon and humour. This is a different matter.
Up-or-Downloading music, prose or poetry, or artwork, without permission
deprives the creator of the reward for the work and is clearly wrong.
